Overcoming Mysterio in Fortnite is worth the effort because it provides top-tier loot. Taking down the Spider-Man foe rewards you with a Mythic version of the Sovereign Shotgun and the Stealth Medallion—which provides temporary invisibility when crouched.

Mysterio location in Fortnite
You can only find Mysterio at Doomstadt in Fortnite. Like with the other bosses this season, there’s a change from Chapter Five, season three, and you don’t have to worry about one of him traveling across the map in a convoy.
Doomstadt is located in the north of the map and is one of the new locations in Fortnite Chapter Five, season four. It’s east of Rebel’s Roost and north of Restored Reels. Mysterio’s exact location is visible on the map by the Medallion marker.
How to beat Mysterio in Fortnite
Before tackling bosses like Mysterio in Fortnite, it’s important to collect weapons and fully charge your shields. Bosses are tough to take down and are supported by minions, and it’s likely other players will also be nearby with the same intentions as you.
Where possible, eliminate the goons first to decrease the chances of being overwhelmed. There’s no specific weapon you need to use for Mysterio; just ensure it has decent damage and a quick reload time. Make sure you also have spare shields in case you need to recharge.
Be aware of your surroundings when tackling Mysterio—enemy players may surprise you. Mysterio does not target other players unless he’s shot by them, so you could get blindsided.
