One of the biggest losses this time around is the Pump Shotgun that’s been in the game for a while. Several players are also upset about the loss of Balloons. A lot of the items and weapons added in season eight, such as Buried Treasure and Poison Dart Traps, have also left the game.

Even with these changes, however, the infamous Baller vehicle still remains in-game (at least for now), which is sure to anger a portion of the competitive community. Many players are sick of seeing Ballers in competitive matches for the Fortnite World Cup qualifiers.

Here are all of the nerfs and vaulted items heading into Fortnite season nine.

Nerfs

  • Adjusted Tactical Shotgun damage
    • Base damage increased from 66/70/74 to 71/75/79
  • Reduced Drum Gun availability from 16.732 percent to 7.155 percent
  • Reduced Boom Bow availability from 1.292 percent to 0.755 percent

Vaulted weapons and items

  • Clingers
  • Buried Treasure
  • Pump Shotgun
  • Poison Dart Trap
  • Scoped Revolver
  • Suppressed Assault Rifle
  • Thermal Assault Rifle
  • Balloons
