Fortnite leakers reveal nearly all locations of upcoming cracks and earthquakes

Only four cracks have yet to be revealed.

Fortnite leakers are once again a few days ahead of the average Fortnite: Battle Royale player. While we’re still waiting for the 10th earthquake to hit the Fortnite island as we approach the end of season seven, some leakers have revealed the location of 11 other cracks that will be opened by earthquakes soon.

The map showing the upcoming cracks was revealed by Hey Stan on Twitter, then confirmed by other leakers as legit. That doesn’t mean it’s confirmed by developer Epic Games or that it actually represents what will happen in the game this week, but prominent leakers from the Fortnite community who are frequently on point with their reveals have confirmed its legitimacy.

Some new cracks have spread to other corners of the Fortnite island according to this leak. While the cracks that had appeared by the time of writing, around 7:20am CT on Feb. 19, were mostly in the southeast area of the map around Wailing Woods, Dusty Divot, The Block, and Lazy Links, the leak shows cracks near Pleasant Park and going all the way down to Fatal Fields. There are other ones near Retail Row too.

The map tells us little about the possible final outcome of these earthquakes and cracks. They don’t seem to be connected and ready to form a huge crack that will split the island in two, or create more islands. They are spread out and will probably just cause more destruction in buildings and areas around them.

But this map shows 21 cracks total, and there are four missing. Leakers will probably be able to find the other ones as new cracks start forming around the map. Either way, Fortnite players will know what all these cracks and earthquakes mean on Feb. 28, when season seven ends and season eight starts.
