These are the best Fortnite: Battle Royale YouTubers

From informative to hilarious, these are the best of the best.
This article is over 6 years old and may contain outdated information

Fortnite: Battle Royale is just as fun to watch as it is to play. While Fortnite dominates Twitch, Amazon’s streaming service isn’t the only way to watch pro players talk about the game. Hundreds of YouTube channels dedicated to Fortnite exist on Google’s video service, from let’s players to dank meme channels.

Recommended Videos

When it comes to YouTube, Fortnite dominates. If you want to know which channels to check out to build up your subscription queue, these are the best Fortnite YouTubers around.

Ninja

Did you know Twitch streamer Ninja also has a YouTube account? He does, and he regularly posts Fortnite content for his subscribers, often creating new videos daily with some of his best Twitch stream highlights.

If you’re used to Ninja’s Twitch channel, then chances are you know what to expect with his YouTube account. Featuring regular gameplay footage by both himself and with guests, Ninja’s YouTube channel mirrors his daily Twitch streams by including snapshots from each day.

If you’re a little too busy to sit in on his streams but still want to see what all the hype is about, check out Ninja’s YouTube account regularly to catch up on what you’ve missed. For one of Ninja’s most iconic videos, watch his Squad match up with Drake, Travis Scott, and JuJu.

Fugglet

Fugglet isn’t just a Fortnite YouTuber, but when it comes to his videos in-game, he’s easily one of the best to watch. Unlike Ninja, Fugglet’s videos are a bit more catered to YouTube’s style, and his channel includes both entertaining and informative videos about playing Fortnite. Thanks to his laid-back video style, Fugglet is perfect for watching while relaxing during lunch or right after school, especially for players looking for a YouTube video that’s relatively quiet and doesn’t feature too many flashing lights.

One of Fugglet’s best videos focuses on 100 different tips and tricks that Fortnite players new and old can use to outsmart their opponents on the battlefield, from using your Pickaxe to collect items faster to quickly building a roof to set up cover. Whether you’re looking to learn how to be a better Fortnite player or simply want to watch Fugglet snipe opponents, he’s an easy pick to watch.

DanTDM

Some Fortnite YouTubers are laid-back, and others are informative. DanTDM, on the other hand, is entertaining, and his onscreen antics are enough to entertain any viewer interested in Fortnite videos. From Dan’s intense Victory Royale video, where he literally throws his controller on his chair after winning, to his video in which he elaborates tries to jump over Dusty Divot with an ATK, Dan knows how to keep his audience entertained and amused.

Don’t expect to just watch gameplay footage with Dan; he knows how to edit his games for their strongest highlights. To get started with his channel, consider watching DanTDM’s “STUPID FORTNITE video, which is both incredibly entertaining and pretty quirky in its own right.

The Leaderboard

Both hilarious and educational, The Leaderboard is dedicated to teaching gamers everything they need to know about their favorite video games. And that means plenty of episodes dedicated to breaking down Fortnite, from explaining Fortnite: Battle Royale’s lore to the quirky kinds of players people can meet in-game.

To get started with The Leaderboard, consider watching its episode on the Fortnite map’s evolution over time. Serving as an incredibly funny primer on the game’s recent Season 5 changes, this episode alone is a great watch for Fortnite newcomers looking to know more about how Epic changes up the game’s island every few updates.

NoahsNoah

There’s Fortnite YouTubers out there that are streamers, teachers, let’s players, and comedians. But what about Fortnite memers? NoahsNoah is one of the best YouTube channels around for Fortnite internet humor, and its dank memes alone are worth a subscription.

But don’t take our word for it. Just watch NoahsNoah make fun of default skins, Fortnite’s ultimate newbies. Or check out his video trolling his teammates in 50 vs. 50. There’s so much to love about NoahsNoah, as long as you’re not victim to his hijinks, that is. For a quick jump into NoahsNoah’s content, check out his Fortnite dank memes series, which is part let’s play and part montage parody combined.

The Gamer Couple

When it comes to YouTube channels that focus on helping Fortnite players learn to be better players, The Gamer Couple can’t be beat. Literally run by a romantic couple that plays Fortnite, this channel focuses primarily on Fortnite tips, tricks, and guides that other players may not be aware of for surviving in Battle Royale.

For instance, one video from the couple shows players how to edit peak after Epic made editing tiles opaque. Another explores a new ramp build for Season 5’s meta which provides added protection against SMGs. Both YouTubers are pretty easy to listen to, and they like to keep their tips concise, making it easy to watch, write down, and reference their advice.

To get started with The Gamer Couple, consider watching the channel’s 50 Fortnite tips overview for players new and old alike.

Honorable Mention: Videogamedunkey

Okay, true, Videogamedunkey isn’t exactly a Fortnite YouTuber. However, Dunkey’s two Fortnite videos are legendary. Just like his PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds and Overwatch videos, Dunkey messes around in the game, simultaneously bugging players, trapping his friends, destroying treasure chests, pretending to be Jake Paul, and, despite it all, winning a Victory Royale.

Dunkey’s two Fortnite videos alone are worth checking out, and they’re hilarious to both newbies and veteran players alike. Don’t expect him to make too many Fortnite videos, however. To quote his description on his second video, “This is my last Overwatch video,” and he probably means it.

Probably.
