2024 is an exciting year for Dead by Daylight, with developer Behaviour Interactive laying out the roadmap for Year 8 of the survival horror.

Between new game modes, Killers, Survivors, events, Tomes, and general gameplay improvements, DBD players have plenty to look forward to this year. So, here is everything we know Behaviour has in store for us.

Dead by Daylight 2024 content roadmap: All planned chapters, Survivors, Killers, events, and game modes

During a Year 8 anniversary stream on May 14, Behaviour Interactive shared its Year 8 roadmap for DBD, which lays out the developer’s rough plans from June 2024 to April 2025.

As we’re in July, we’ve already seen the release of some of this content, with the Dungeons and Dragons chapter and the Twisted Masquerade event rolled out in June. But there’s still plenty to come.

Here’s a breakdown of everything laid out in the roadmap.

July 2024

Behaviour has revealed further details about all the content we can expect in July 2024. Here’s what is coming and when:

  • Licensed Chapter with New Survivor (Lara Croft, releasing July 16)
  • Mythic Archive (July 16)
  • Tomb Raider Collection (July 16)
  • 2v8 game mode (July 25 to August 8)
