Infinity Ward, the developers of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, said that it’s testing fixes regarding the blue door glitch in the franchise’s latest title.

Players discovered that going prone while aiming toward a blue door will allow enemies to clip inside of the door and peek into any room, giving the player full visibility from the outside.

A Reddit user found this glitch after they were eliminated by an enemy poking through the bottom of the blue door while it was closed. The player didn’t have time to react and the enemy crawled back behind the door after the kill.

“We’ve been tracking this, and we’re currently testing a fix,” an Infinity Ward staff member responded. But it’s unknown when this glitch will be fixed.

These issues could be due to the new door mechanics in Modern Warfare. Players can open, close, and run through doors, which allows for different opportunities when clearing rooms for enemies. But these door mechanics have caused several problems.

On Oct. 28, Chicago CoD player Seth “Scump” Abner saw an enemy’s gamertag through the double doors during an online tournament. This exploit allowed Scump to get an easy kill and win the round for his team.

It’s expected that Modern Warfare will contain bugs considering it was released five days ago. But game-breaking exploits should be fixed soon.
