How to get a job as an Exotic Dancer or Stripper in Bitlife

Bitlife is an equal opportunity sim, allowing both men and women to fulfil their dream of dancing on stage and taking their clothes off for money. Your character can make some pretty decent money with this career and without the need for a degree, which is great news for those who left school without much of an education.

When starting out and creating your character, you will need to make sure your Bitlife person has a high Looks stat. No strip club or reputable exotic dance establishment wants to hire a dowdy dancer in Bitlife. If you have God Mode or the Bitizen DLC, you can change this yourself in character creation. If not, keep creating randomized people until you get one with an 80% or higher Looks stat. The other stats don’t matter much, but it is always good to make sure your character has good Karma and Health, too. We wouldn’t want them ending up falling ill and potentially dying before achieving their dream!

As usual, your Bitlife character will start as a baby, have a childhood, and go to school. You can speedrun through their childhood without needing to do anything special if you are focused on becoming a stripper or exotic dancer. There is no need to get good results in exams or do anything extracurricular, unless you particularly want to. The aim at first is to reach age 18, happy and healthy.

Once they are 18 years old, it is time to find a job by going to Occupations and then to the full-time job listings. If your character is a man, you will want to look for Male Stripper, and if they are a woman, your job of choice is Exotic Dancer. Female characters can’t become strippers and male characters can’t become exotic dancers, but they are basically the same thing.

These may not show up the first time you look, so either do a few other activities or age up once, and then check again. For us, it took until our character was 22 years old before Exotic Dancer showed up on the job listings. Look out for the peach emoji next to the job listing.
