How to download Apex Legends Mobile APK and OBB for Android

Your favorite battle royale is now available on mobile devices as well.

Though other battle royales have been on mobile platforms for a while now, Apex Legends has remained on PC and consoles. That changed when Respawn Entertainment decided to design Apex from ground zero for mobile platforms.

Considering the demands are off the charts, some players may not see Apex Legends Mobile in the Google Play Store, especially when there’s an update available for the game. When that’s the case, you can resort to alternative methods that will help you skip waiting for Apex to show up in the Google Play Store.

Once you sideload a game’s OBB and APK files, it’ll be automatically added to your library and it’ll be just like you’d downloaded it off of its Google Play Store page.

One of the fastest way to install Apex Mobile‘s APK and OBB on your phone will be through using APKPure’s XAPK installer. The platform bundles APK and OBB files in the form of XAPK files, making the installation process more practical.

Apex Legends Mobile requires around four GB of free storage on your Android device during installation. You should also make sure that you have enough space before installing the game to ensure everything goes smoothly.

To install the file above, you’ll need to setup APKPure’s XAPK installer on your device. XAPK files allow players to install region-restricted apps and also come in smaller sizes, allowing players with slower internet speeds to download them faster.

Find the downloaded file and tap on the APK/XAPK to start the installation process. If this is your first time installing an APK/XAPK, you may receive a warning about installing apps from unknown sources. You’ll need to enable this feature to continue the installation process. In cases where you miss the pop-up, you can navigate to Settings – Safety and Privacy to enable the Install Apps from Unknown Source feature.

The APK/XAPK should be installed in a matter of minutes. Once the installation process ends, the app should show up on your home screen.

How to download Apex Legends Mobile in restricted countries

Google Play Store can have different rules in various countries. If you can’t find Apex Legends Mobile on the Play Store, then the game may be restricted in your region.

You can still download Apex Legends Mobile in a restricted region by installing its APK/OBB or XAPK. If the developer allows players from your region, you should be able to play without any problems. In cases where your region is also restricted by the game’s developer, you’ll need to use a VPN.
