Who is in the lead for the Guardian Games 2024?

The Guardian Games 2024 has begun in Destiny 2, and that means it’s time to don your favorite class and try to earn the fabled Guardian Games statue. You have a few short weeks to represent your desired class and a handful of competitions to enjoy while watching who’s in the lead.

Like the previous Guardian Games, there are multiple ways for you to compete. The more you play Destiny 2, the more rewards you’re going to earn from your class. Every little bit helps. You can keep count of the total rewards for every Guardian class by making your way to the Tower and seeing the overall standing to know who’s winning the Guardian Games 2024.

It’s been a brutal past few days for Destiny 2’s Guardian Games 2024. All three classes have been giving it their all to prove their best. Bungie has come forward and confirmed there was a three-way tie between Hunters, Titans, and Warlocks, with each class having seven days throughout the competition. However, because there can only be one winner, Bungie has crowned the Hunters as the winners of the Guardian Games 2024 competition.

The best way for your desired class to start strongly in Destiny 2 is to speak with Eva and grab some quests to earn Medallions for your team. You want to work through the Contender Cards you receive from Eva and by completing tasks in the Guardian Games 2024 Event Card, racking up the highest scores alongside your teammates. You can return to Eva to grab more Contender Cards. She has weekly and daily options for you to complete, earning you multiple Medallions. You likely want to unlock the Skimmer while you have the time, too.

You want to ensure you’re wearing your Guardian Games 2024 class item to earn the Medallions, or it won’t count for your character in Destiny 2. You can also grab Bounties from Eva, but they don’t provide you with Medallions. Instead, you earn XP and a few cards offer Bright Dust as a reward.

This year marks the fourth Guardian Games event, with each class having won once already before.

  • 2020: Titans
  • 2021: Hunters
  • 2022: Warlocks
  • 2023: Titans

Whichever class wins this year’s event will become the first to repeat as champions, so the stakes when it comes to bragging rights have never been higher.

This article will be updated with information throughout the Guardian Games 2024 event duration.
