Sony’s PS5 Pro console looks to up the level of next-gen gaming with a faster and more powerful console, and we already know a bunch of games compatible with the PlayStation Pro set to look even better with the improved hardware.
The PS5 Pro was a long time coming before it was finally unveiled on Sept. 10. The newest PlayStation model follows in the footsteps of the PS4 by offering a superior version of the base console packed with new features and greater technology. It provides you—hardened gamers and dedicated Sony fans—with the opportunity to dig out your wallets to play your favorite games in shinier-than-ever detail.
Ahead of the PS5 Pro’s Holiday 2024 release date, we’ve already seen titles set to be compatible with the power of the Pro.
Every PS5 Pro compatible game
The likes of Spider-Man, Final Fantasy, The Last of Us, and Bloodborne are at the forefront of the PS5 Pro launch, with many more games expected to be added to the line-up.

Along with backwards compatibility for the games mentioned above, Sony has also confirmed the presence of PS5 Pro Game Boost, which “can apply to more than 8,500 backward compatible PS4 games playable on PS5 Pro.” Better still, Game Boost can also “stabilize or improve the performance of supported PS4 and PS5 games.“
The PS5 Pro is being described by Sony as the “most powerful console” the company has ever produced. It remains to be seen if the visual and performance upgrades can live up to the gargantuan price tag attached to the upgraded console.
