The Discord quest in Genshin Impact version 5.0 is a new way to obtain extra rewards that can come in handy even for the most experienced Travelers.

How to start and complete the Discord quest in Genshin Impact 5.0

The Genshin Impact v5.0 Discord quest is a time-limited event that lasts from Aug. 29 to Sept. 5. The quest itself requires you to stream on Discord, and anyone who’s created their Traveler can participate and claim some juicy rewards. You need to meet the following requirements:

  • Create a character (Traveler)
  • Accept Genshin Impact v5.0 Quest on Discord
  • Livestream Genshin Impact on Discord for 15 minutes 

Once you’ve accepted the quest on Discord, join the Discord server of your choice and stream Genshin Impact to at least one viewer for 15 minutes straight. This is easily doable because you can stream your gameplay to your friends.

Once you finish streaming Genshin Impact, you’ll get the option on Discord to claim your rewards. By pressing the Claim Reward button on Discord, you’ll receive a Genshin Impact bundle code that you can redeem on the official Genshin Impact page. After you redeem the code, you get an in-game mail with the following rewards:

  • Primogems x30
  • Hero’s Wit x3
  • Mystic Enhancement Ore x5
  • Sanctifying Unction x4
  • Mora x20,000
