CS2 PGL Astana 2025: Scores, schedule, teams, where to watch

The spotlight turns to Central Asia this time.

Counter-Strike 2 takes center stage in Central Asia from May 10 to 18, when the PGL Astana 2025 pits some of the strongest teams in the capital of Kazakhstan.

While many believe that this touranament is Team Spirit’s to lose, heavy contenders like Na’Vi, The MongolZ, G2, and Aurora are more than capable of flipping the script.

This S-Tier CS2 event organized by PGL features 16 elite teams competing for a hefty $625,000 prize pool, with the champion bagging the top prize of $200,000. On top of that, another $625,000 is allocated for club rewards, pushing the total prize pool to a staggering $1.25 million.

The teams clash in a Swiss System group stage, with all matches set in a best-of-three. The top eight squads advance to the playoffs, while the bottom eight are eliminated.

The playoffs feature a single-elimination bracket, where teams are seeded based on the group stage standings. All matches are best-of-three, except for the grand final, which is a best-of-five showdown.
