Seoul announced its 2022 coaching staff today and it includes some familiar faces. Most notably, former longtime Dynasty player Yang “tobi” Jin-mo will be the team’s head coach next season. Tobi played for Seoul during the first three years of the Overwatch League and stepped in as the Philadelphia Fusion’s main support in 2021.

Former Washington Justice head coach Kim “WizardHyeong” Hyeong-seok will be the Dynasty’s head of strategy and data in 2022. He spent time on Seoul in 2020 as a strategic coach after leaving the Justice and will be returning in a similar role next season.

Assistant coach Mun “MMA” Seong-won and analyst Lee “Bongwoori” Bong-gu have been retained by the team and will continue their roles on the Dynasty. Both have been a part of the team since 2019.

Looking toward 2022, Seoul has focused on valuable veterans like DPS players Park “Profit” Jun-young and Kim “FITS” Dong-eon while adding firepower in the form of flex support and 2018 MVP Bang “JJoNak” Seong-hyun. Rookies like DPS Jeong “Stalk3r” Hak-yong and support Park “Vindaim” Jun-woo will also be expected to rise to the level of the talents around them next year.
