There are many odd phone calls you can get in The Sims 4, but perhaps the strangest one is an invite from a wealthy weirdo in Lovestruck. If you want to figure out what this character wants, you need to know how to find and meet the wealthy weirdo.

When you get this call, it’s worth progressing through this mini-quest to claim some free rewards. To progress, you have to know how to find and meet the wealthy weirdo in The Sims 4 Lovestruck.

Where to find the wealthy weirdo in The Sims 4 Lovestruck

The wealthy weirdo can only be found at the Beso Rapido Motel in the Vista Hermosa Neighborhood. This is a rabbit hole location right across the street from the Laguna del Abrazo Lounge in Ciudad Enamorada.

Since the wealthy weirdo can only be found in this rabbit hole location, you don’t get to see the interaction unfold as your Sim disappears inside to meet them. You also have to travel to another lot to get to the Beso Rapido Motel since there’s not an official lot you can visit from the map. It’s best to visit the Laguna del Abrazo Lounge and make your way to the motel from there.

How to meet the wealthy weirdo in The Sims 4 Lovestruck

You can only meet up with the wealthy weirdo for rewards after this character calls and invites you to meet them. Once you get this phone call, you have 24 hours in Sims time to visit the Beso Rapido motel and chat with them before the option disappears.

Once you agree to meet up with the wealthy weirdo, you need to select the meet wealthy weirdo option on the Beso Rapido Motel to initiate this interaction. Your Sim disappears inside for a few hours and emerges with a special buff and some rewards after.

Like all phone calls, the wealthy weirdo’s request is completely random, which means there’s no way to make this interaction appear. The wealthy weirdo is also a completely random NPC rather than an assigned one like the Ring Bear, which means it can be anyone around the world, even iconic townies you wouldn’t expect like Nancy Landgraab, Kyle Kyleson, Agnes Crumplebottom, and Bella Goth.

What does the wealthy weirdo give you in The Sims 4 Lovestruck?

The wealthy weirdo gives you a random assortment of collectibles after you meet with them. This includes items like Axolotls, Crystals, Fossils, Voidcritters, and Elements. The kinds of rewards you get vary depending on the packs you have since some possible reward items are pack exclusives.

This interaction also grants your Sim the temporary Weird Meeting buff that gives you a strong Playful boost for a few hours. If you need to work on the Mischief or Comedy skill, it’s a great time to do so since this buff makes mastering both skills a lot easier.
