Pokémon Go Sword Path Trade Collection Challenge: All Pokémon and rewards

What Pokémon do you need to trade to complete this Collection Challenge?

The Legendary Heroes event is here for all Pokémon Go players to enjoy and earn several rewards for a limited time. You have a chance to choose between the Sword and Shield path, and depending on what path you choose, you’ll receive specific Collection Challenges.

You get a Trade Collection Challenge where you have to work with other Pokémon Go players. They need to offer you specific Pokémon that you can add to your collection, and these are ones you may have caught before. You have a short time to track down players who can offer these Pokémon as trades, but you might want to work with others on the Shield Path. Here’s what you need to know about all Pokémon you need to trade for Pokémon Go‘s Sword Path Trade Collection Challenge.

The following are the only four Pokémon you need to track down for these trades.

  • Croagunk
  • Lotad
  • Solosis
  • Spritzee

These are not Pokémon that appear when you choose the Sword Path during Pokémon Go‘s Legendary Heroes Timed Research. Instead, these appear for those on the Shield Path, and you might want to work with players who opted for this choice. These Pokémon appear exclusively when a Shield Path player places an incense on their character and explores their neighborhood. As you might imagine, these Pokémon have an increased chance to appear for Shield Path players for the Legendary Heroes event from Sept. 26 to Oct 1. When the event ends, so does this Trade Collection Challenge.

Even if another player does not catch these Pokémon during the set timeframe of the event, if they have spare one to trade you, that should work. You only need to receive these Pokémon from a trade for them to count on your Trade Collection Challenge, checking them off on your list. There’s a good chance a Shield Path player likely has these Pokémon in their collection, as they need to acquire them at least once for the Catch Collection Challenge. After they catch at least one, they can offer them as trades to you, helping you out.

These are all the Pokémon you must receive in a trade to complete the Sword Path Trade Collection Challenge in Pokémon Go.

When you’re seeking a trade with another Pokémon Go player, they do not need to be on the Shield Path for it to count. However, it might make it more accessible as they have a higher chance of encountering these Pokémon during the Legendary Heroes event. Plus, the Pokémon they’re looking for to complete their Trade Challenge appear when you use incense, which means the two of you can help each otherearn several rewards.
