There’s no debating the fact that Modern Warfare has a few broken bugs. From map exploits to the constant challenge glitches, the game hasn’t been near bug-free since its release. However, there’s one glitch that has been driving players up the wall more than all the others. A while back, a YouTuber by the name of TheXclusiveAce posted a video detailing the camera angle problem in Modern Warfare. Essentially, this issue makes it so you can’t see who is shooting at you from around a corner/structure. This takes a lot of skill out of the gameplay since it’s sheer luck if you see someone or not. One clip posted to Reddit showcases this broken mechanic perfectly.
Camera angles are broken
If you’ve ever thought you died insanely quick in Modern Warfare but couldn’t find the enemy who shot you, chances are you’re a victim of the broken camera angles. With any given sight-line in Modern Warfare, there’s a chance that this bug could appear. More often than not, if you’re aiming towards a sight-line you know an enemy is near, that enemy player will see you before you see them. This happens because, due to buggy camera angles, your body is more visible to the enemy than theirs is to you. Take a look at this clip posted to Reddit, and this will all make sense.
I legit thought I had brain damage until I went back and watched the replay

The player in the above clip died to an enemy that they couldn’t see whatsoever. However, the enemy player could see enough of the player in the clip to shoot them with multiple bullets. This kind of situation occurs in every match of Modern Warfare, and it’s a real problem. Infinity Ward has yet to comment on the matter, which isn’t anything out of the ordinary. They should be aware of the issue, though, and are hopefully working on a fix. In the meantime, if you want to counteract this problem, try to pre-aim every corner you walk around and approach. This will at least make sure you’re ready for an unseen enemy. Have you run into the broken camera angles? Let us know, and keep up with Daily Esports for all Modern Warfare coverage.
