Fortnite Summer Skirmish series $250,000 Duos tournament results

Summer Skirmish is a series of official Fortnite: Battle Royale tournaments over the next eight weeks, which features an $8 million prize pool where some of the most talented and popular players in the world compete.

Today’s $250,000 Duos event is the inaugural event in the Summer Skirmish series, which are the tournaments run by the game’s developer, Epic Games. Due to its young esports community, Epic decided to invite community creators and some of the most highly-ranked players to compete in today’s event.

Many of the best teams, including four-time Friday Fortnite champions Turner “Tfue” Tenney and Dennis “Cloak” Lepore, have been split up for this event. The 50 competing teams will play in 10 separate matches, with the first team to win two matches being declared the winner of the event.
