Ludwig Smash Invitational: All players, pools, and top results

All the results from one of the biggest Smash tournaments of the year.

Popular YouTube streamer Ludwig Ahgren is set to host his latest venture into competitive Super Smash Bros. with the three-day Ludwig Smash Invitational, running from Oct. 21 to 23. Along with featuring top-tier Super Smash Bros. Melee competition, Ludwig’s Invitational will also be the streamer’s first Ultimate tournament as well.

Both games’ invitationals will feature 32-player brackets, 24 automatically slotted into the main event while a last-chance qualifier will determine the remaining spots. One of the largest prize pools of the year for both games, the Melee and Ultimate tournaments boast $30,000 respective prize pools. The event will be livestreamed across Ludwig, Alpharad, Ludwig VODs, and Mogul Moves’ YouTube channels, showing nearly all matches in the entire event.

While this is one of the year’s most exciting Super Smash Bros. tournaments for both games, the event faced numerous issues prior to its start. The $60,000 event dealt with a massive flood from an unknown water source and a last-minute sponsorship pull-out. After securing a replacement sponsor from MrBeast and seemingly drying out the venue, the Ludwig Smash Invitational has officially kicked off.

Here are all the players, pools, and results for the Ludwig Smash Invitational.
