Players from around the world will descend on the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas tomorrow, looking to leave with the biggest prizes in FGC history.

Evo will run until Aug. 5 this year and will host eight different games, each offering their own array of prizes. These games include Tekken 7, Super Smash Bros. Wii U, Street Fighter 5: Arcade Edition, BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle, Guilty Gear Xrd REV 2, Injustice 2, Super Smash Bro. Melee, and Dragon Ball FighterZ.

Some of the matches for the eight games will be streamed on Evo’s Twitch account, which will also act as the main hub for the tournament. Bouts for Street Fighter V, Injustice 2, and Tekken 7, however, will be shown on their own Twitch channels.

Tournaments won’t be the only thing on show at the event, however. Companies have consistently used EVO to showcase big fighting game reveals over the past few years, and this year is no exception. One of the highlights of the show will be a look at the new Super Smash Bros. Ultimate game from Nintendo.

Developers are also expected to use the last day of the event to show off brand new titles and DLC characters for their upcoming games. The main stage has always been the place for brand new announcements, so fighting game fans should get ready to see what’s in store this Sunday.
