David “Xp3” Garrido announced on Twitter thathimself, Kyle “flowsicK” Mendez and Todd”anger“ Williams have left Winterfox, but will stay together as a three-man squadlooking for a new organization.

So far, Winterfox has notannounced anything about the players leaving or the future of theother two members, Warren “hades“Rettich and Alex “LeX” Deily. The three-man squad alsohas not given an explanation.
This begs the question of whothe ESL Pro League Season 4 spot belongs to. If ESL Pro Leaguefollows a similar ruleset to the ESL One tournaments, then the slotbelongs to the crew  and not the organization as outlinedon page eightsections 2.9.3 and 2.9.4.
The team was not known for thehighest placings in tournaments. Historically, the team was goneout early in most tournaments and has yet to achieve a first placefinish outside of qualifiers.Â
Even though the players arewithout an organization, that doesn’t mean they are out ofwork. Xp3 currently coaches for Selfless Gaming’s women’s team, previously known as Team Karma.Â
