Teams have begun revealing their Overwatch World Cup rosters, starting with Australia and Norway. It shouldn’t be long until more teams come forward with their squads—United States, among others, are actively trying out players right now. Teams only have until July 5 to submit their rosters to Blizzard for approval.

The Australian Overwatch World Cup committee announced their choices for the national team on Twitter yesterday. Leading off the team is Scott “Custa” Kennedy, a support player for Dallas Fuel. A bunch of Blank Esports players made the cut, too, as well as some Overwatch World Cup alumni. Other players include members of Sydney Drop Bears, Darksided, and Masterminds GC.

As for Norway, fans will recognize players like Jørgen “Decod” Myrlund of Last Night’s Leftovers, analyst ikael “mkL” Skjønhau, and Angry Titans DPS Stefan “ONIGOD” Fiskerstrand.

“There were a lot of new names that impressed me a lot, their drive and skill was truly remarkable,” the Norwegian committee said in a TwitLonger post. “I was also impressed by the older names that are still managing to keep up with the competition.”

Dates haven’t been announced for the Overwatch World Cup group stage, but will likely be announced following the Overwatch League finals. In the off-season, Overwatch League players will have the time to dedicate to their national teams. The Overwatch World Cup finals will be held at BlizzCon in November.
