How to find and search Stark Industry Chests in Fortnite

Hunt them down.

A new batch of story quests has arrived in Fortnite, marking the return of Iron Man—and he’s got chests full of goodies scattered across the map. If you want to know where to find them, we’ve got the answer.

Stark Industry Chests in Fortnite provide some incredible loot, which can include Iron Man’s Flight Kit and Iron Man’s Combat Kit. Unfortunately, quality rewards mean plenty of competition, which can make the hunt for Stark Industry Chests frustrating.

Fortunately, we’ve got some tips to help and can lead you straight to Stark Industry Chests.

Stark Industry Chests in Fortnite, like other chests, are spread across the map. They’re similar in rarity to Avengers Chests and Doom Chests, making them hard to find—but there are some guaranteed locations where they are waiting.

Landing pads scattered around the map always have a Stark Industry Chest. These are the locations where Stark Mobile Armories arrive during matches but, early on, the empty landing pads are still worth visiting.

The problem is that these locations are easy to spot and provide decent loot, so they’re often full of other players hunting for the same chests. Try to find one as far out from the path of the Battle Bus as you can so there’s less chance of other players wrecking your plans.

You may be able to find Stark Industry Chests elsewhere on the map, though this would be purely random. If you’re looking to get the story quest completed quickly, I highly recommend heading straight to a landing pad.

I’d usually advise looting up before heading to locations where there is a high chance of encountering other players, but that advice doesn’t work here, as it’s highly likely other players will make a beeline for the chest.

Thankfully, you only need to search one chest to complete the story quest. While there is a Week Five quest requiring you to search Armor Stands, Stark Industry Chests, and Avenger’s Chests, they can be any of the trio, and in my experience, Avenger’s Chests are easier to rely on.
