How to unlock Hailey in The First Descendant

A Descendant to nuke your enemies.

Hailey is the new character in The First Descendant season one, and unlocking her works a little differently from the rest of the Descendants. You don’t have to rely on luck that much, but it still takes a lot of time to grind every material.

You can research Hailey at Anais using the following components: Hailey Enhanced Cells, Hailey Stabilizer, Hailey Spiral Catalyst, and Hailey Data Chip. Unlike other Descendants, core materials for these components don’t drop from Amorphous Materials.

Instead, you can farm them by completing Invasion Dungeons added to The First Descendant with season one and by completing specific Infiltration Operations on Hard difficulty.

Once you have the core materials and all the basic resources, you can research individual parts and then Hailey herself. Every part takes eight hours to research, while Hailey takes 16 hours. On top of that, you need 1,000,000 Gold for all the crafting.

Hailey Enhanced Cells

  • 246 Monad Shard: Drops from resource boxes and munitions in Kingston.
