‘Things often skipped while listening to podcasts’ NYT Mini clue answer

The answer to today’s NYT Mini clue, “Things often skipped while listening to podcasts,” is “ADS.” As you may know, ads are advertisements or commercials (but ADS is also an abbreviated term for Aim Down Sights in CoD).

I bloody hate ads. Whether they’re for other podcasts, foodstuff, or books—having your podcast interrupted is a pain. So, I always skip past the ads on Spotify.

The first thing that came to mind when I saw this clue was “ADS,” especially since there aren’t many three-letter words that would hit the clue. So, I’m giving this a one out of five difficulty rating.
