‘It’s my opinion that…’ clue difficulty rating

This is a decently tricky clue to solve, so I’m giving it a four out of five difficulty rating. It’s tough for a few reasons, but especially because it’s two words mashed together as one. I also wouldn’t say “opinion” and “feel” are direct synonyms so it can be fairly difficult to realize this is part of the solution you’re searching for.
