All Pokémon TCG Pocket Genetic Apex pack odds
There are two types of Packs in Pokémon TCG Pocket, as each pack has the chance of being a Regular Pack or a Rare Pack—the latter being similar to God Packs from Japanese sets, where the pack is full of rare cards rather than the standard one-hit you usually get.
Regular Packs occur 99.950 percent of the time, with Rare Packs having just a 0.050 percent chance of being opened.
In Regular Packs, the first three cards are guaranteed to be the most basic rarity, with the fourth and fifth cards having the chance of being rarer. In Rare Packs, the basic cards are eliminated from the pulls entirely, leaving you with a pack consisting of only star-rated cards or the illustrious Gold Crown cards.
There is no pity system in Pokémon TCG Pocket, leaving your hopes in the chance of the pack Gods for every pack you open. You can use the Wonder Pick feature if you want a better chance of pulling rarer cards.
