The company, one of the largest custom controller makers, revealed two new controllers for PlayStation 4 and PC earlier today. The SCUF IMPACT and SCUF Infinity 4PS PRO offer the same unique features that Scuf users have become accustomed to, but with a few new options.

An essential feature of a Scuf is the paddles on the back of the controller. These paddles are mapped to the buttons on the front of the controller (A, B, X, and Y on Xbox, and X, O, Square, and Triangle on PS4) so that players can hit the buttons on the back without moving their thumbs off the joysticks. This allows players to access the buttons for in-game functions, such as jumping, crouching, knifing, and reloading, all while keeping their thumbs on the sticks used to move and aim.

The Infinity 4PS Pro will feature the standard two paddles, while the IMPACT will be a larger controller with four paddles on the back. All of these paddles are removable, and players can change what button is mapped to each paddle whenever they want.

The new SCUF Infinity controller is a “wonderful evolution of the Infinity series,” Scuf Gaming CEO and founder Duncan Ironmonger said in the official announcement, saying that it has “advances in technology that answer and exceed the requests of the competitive PlayStation 4 gaming community, including the removable paddles.”

“The SCUF IMPACT is a project we have been working on for the last 15 months and is our best SCUF yet,” Ironmonger continued. “We have totally re-engineered the extremities and curvature of the controller to offer an alternative for multiple hand sizes while creating space for four paddles.”

The controllers can be used wirelessly, or through connecting a micro USB cable. These new models also feature interchangeable thumbsticks, so players can choose what feels best for them. The IMPACT and Infinity 4PS PRO include several staples of traditional Scuf controllers, including trigger stops, trigger extenders, and military grade Scuf grip.

Both controllers are now available for purchase. Pricing for the SCUF Infinity 4PS PRO starts at $129.95, while the SCUF IMPACT will cost $139.95 prior to any additional customization.
