The move, made official this evening, was first reported by Jarek “DeKay” Lewis. According to DeKay, MikeYeung will be joined by G2 Esports players Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre Rodriguez and Jesper “Zven” Svenningsen as the roster madness continues.

MikeYeung exploded onto the NA LCS stage mid way through the previous split when he made his debut on Phoenix1. MikeYeung’s super aggressive play on carry junglers captivated viewers.Alongside Phoenix1’s surprising performance at this year’s Rift Rivals tournament, that play helped earn the rookie jungler the rookie of the split title.

TSM’s other jungler Dennis “Svenskeren” Johnsen is still currently on the roster, but TSM will provide an update on the Danish Jungler’s future when possible, the organization added in its announcement.

This news comes after TSM’s disappointing World Championship run, where the team failed to make it out of the group stage. Many fans blamed this failure on Svenskeren, as well as the TSM’s coaching staff.

This is the first starting roster change TSM has made since the return of Yiliang “Peter” “Doublelift” Peng in the beginning of the Summer Split.
