I put a lot of work into this and am glad that I am able to share this with you. The tiers are based off of each champions total pick+ban percentage over the 36 game preseason for OGN Spring 2015. This period of games is important as it will reflect the trends for picks going into the actual Champions Spring season but also impact the players who will be playing in LCS in NA and EU in a month.
