Letter to Scarra

Dear Scarra,

Hope you are doing fine. It was sad to see you leave CLG and now you are started to look for different opportunities I would like to tell you about a Football coach named Jose Mourinho. He is one of the most brilliant minds in the game and has won so much as a coach that his considered as one of the top most coach in the history of the game. He has won league competition in all the countries he has coached in and has developed numerous players into super stars in the game. Every single coach wants to emulate his achievement and he stands as a great book to new coaches in the soccer game. There are some lessons that I feel you can capture from his struggles and accomplishments.

1.Finding your Porto

Porto is the first professional club coached by Jose Mourinho. It was made of young players with hunger and desire to win. They all had a incredible work ethic and passion to win. You are a seasoned vetran and there is no other coach better who will understand pressure during a game and the mentality of a player. You need to find a challenger team who have the passion to win and is ready to put the effort to reach the end goal.

2.Implementing your style

Jose Mourinho has coached the richest squads in the history of the game. He has also coached the young superstars as well as seasoned veterans , some of them have won a world cup before.
