These players are Song “Rookie” Eui-jin and Gao “Ning” Zhen-Ning, who have been invited to attend the event by Riot Games instead of earning a spot through the typical fan vote. This year, some players will join the event through voting while others will be selected by Riot and the League Partner Program.

The duo will join RNG’s Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao and Liu “Mlxg” Shi-Yu as representatives of the LPL. Uzi and Mlxg were winners of the fan vote a few weeks ago. The LCK’s representatives will be SKT’s Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok and Bae “Bang” Jun-sik, who make up the current Eastern roster.

Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng of Team Liquid and Zachary “Sneaky” Scuderi of Cloud9 will represent the NA LCS, while Fnatic’s Rasmus “Caps” Winther and Mads “Broxah” Brock-Pedersen will join from the EU LCS.

Fnatic’s ADC Martin “Rekkles” Larsson originally won the fan voting portion for the EU LCS but declined his spot so that Broxah could go to the event instead. Rekkles had originally asked fans not to vote for him this year so that his teammates could enjoy the event in his place.

The 2018 League of Legends All-Star event kicks off on Dec. 6 at the Esports Arena in Las Vegas.
