Giants Gaming is the tenth and final team in the EU LCS to reveal its entire starting lineup for the upcoming Spring Split.

The organization has picked up former SK Gaming and Nerv top laner Kim “Ruin” Hyeong-min, Team Vitality’s former jungler Charly “Djoko” Guillard and ADC Pierre “Steeelback” Medjaldi, Roccat’s former mid laner Felix “Betsy” Edling, and support Raphael “Targamas” Crabbe.

After winning promotion to the EU LCS in the 2017 Summer Promotion Tournament, the organization was forced to make changes to its entire roster after Team Vitality picked up the majority of its Challenger Series team in the offseason.

Giants spent a single split in the EU Challenger Series after failing to gain re-promotion to the EU LCS in the 2017 Spring Split. The team finished bottom of their group and were relegated alongside Origen.

Now back in the EU LCS, Giants has rebuilt its roster once again in order to try and challenge for those all-important playoff spots at the end of the season. The team will have a tough task ahead of them, however, with their current roster.

Djoko, Steeelback, and Betsy were on teams that failed to really push for the playoff spots in the 2017 Spring and Summer Split, barely missing out on relegation. The team faces an uphill task to beat some of the league’s superteams, such as G2 Esports, Fnatic, and Splyce, if they have any hope of an unlikely international appearance in 2018.

With the Giants roster locked in, the fans of the EU LCS now know the identities of the 50 pro players taking part in the 2018 EU LCS Spring Split, which kicks off on Jan. 19.
