Bone Drake is the newest Dragon coming in Knights of the Frozen Throne

There might not be much flesh on his bones, but this dragon still packs a punch.

Blizzard continues to reveal more Hearthstone cards coming in next week’s Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion, and this time, a new Dragon has been born.

Bone Drake is a six-mana 6/5 neutral Dragon with the Deathrattle ability to add a random Dragon to your hand.

This Dragon is especially powerful because it replaces itself when it dies, which has always been a problem for decks like Dragon Priest. Most of the cards need a Dragon in hand to activate their effects, but you won’t have to worry about holding Bone Drake if it’s your only Dragon, because it will add another to your hand when it dies.

Bone Drake should have good synergy with cards like Netherspite Historian, Book Wyrm, and Drakanoid Operative. And this card even gives players some flexibility since it’s a neutral minion.

Hearthstone players will definitely try to fit Bone Drake in a multitude of decks when the Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion goes live on Aug. 10.
