Super Smash Bros. Melee is an incredibly high-input fighting game, with characters like Fox and Falco breaking six inputs-per-second. Multi-shining is a technically demanding move in which a player repeatedly uses a reflector as an attack.

Pulling off advanced techniques (like a multi-shine) quickly and with absolute precision is an incredible feat. And as evidenced by the Beefy Smash Doods video below, it’s why Dennis is one of Smash’s top competitors.

If you want to get a glimpse into the inner workings of Dennis’ mind—including how he avoids hand injuries and what he does in his spare time—we recommend you watch our r/SmashBros AMA below.
