Luigi defeats all level nine CPUs in Smash 4 by doing nothing

Who said computers were taking over? After this display of ineptitude, humans can safely say—for now—that we have the edge.

YouTube channel Omega Tyrant has uploaded a video showing what happens when you pit every single character in Super Smash Bros. for Wii U—dubbed Smash 4 by fans—at level nine against a Luigi who does absolutely nothing. The results are both hilarious and baffling.

In the Super Smash Bros. series of games, when you don’t have a buddy to play with, you can always opt to go against the computer. Difficulty levels range from one to nine, with nine being the most difficult. In the video above, we do have a feeling that things weren’t consecutively this bad. It was most probably spliced together, compiling the computer’s sheer failure.
