Every year, video game designers, programmers, producers, and other industry professionals gather at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) to share ideas and discuss the future of gaming. GDC 2014 is just coming to a close on Friday in San Francisco, meaning gamers who were mostly unable to attend the professionals-only event will be waiting and watching eagerly for news from the conference.

A quick search of the hashtags #GDC and #GDC14 on Twitter reveals numerous short videos giving us just enough of a look at the conference to see a lot of the amazing exhibits, panels, and games we’re missing.
From playing the goat simulator and Borderlands 2 on the PlayStation Vita, to seeing the video game museum and getting sage advice from industry professionals, here are 10 of the best vines that show us what we missed at GDC.
