Every year, video game designers, programmers, producers, and other industry professionals gather at the Game Developers Conference (GDC) to share ideas and discuss the future of gaming. GDC 2014 is just coming to a close on Friday in San Francisco, meaning gamers who were mostly unable to attend the professionals-only event will be waiting and watching eagerly for news from the conference.

Instead of waiting for the industry to post their announcements or gaming websites to share their articles, gamers can actually get a glimpse of what they’re missing thanks to social media Vine in particular is a great way to see what’s going on at GDC. A quick search of the hashtags #GDC and #GDC14 on Twitter reveals numerous short videos giving us just enough of a look at the conference to see a lot of the amazing exhibits, panels, and games we’re missing.
