Riot Games treats the Summoner’s Code, their rules set to govern the behavior of players competing in the League of Legends, very seriously.

Today, another semi-professional player was suspended after he allegedly violated those guidelines.

Olof “Flaxxish” Medin will be suspended for the upcoming Expansion Tournament and all Riot affiliated events through the Spring Split of this year.

Medin exhibited “excessively toxic in-game behavior,” Riot wrote in its ruling on the subject, including “in-game harassment, verbal abuse, and continual use of racial slurs.” That led to players reporting Medin in 31 percent of his games in the past month and 41 percent in the last three. Similar to other cases, such as the bans levied against Ninjas in Pyjamas players Erlend “Nukeduck” Holm and Alfonso “Mithy” Aguirre Rodriguez in June, Medin has previously been punished through chat restriction but continued his poor behavior.

Medin hoped to reach the League Championship Series through the expansion tournament. His team, Meloncats, qualified for the event through the Ranked 5s ladder. Now he won’t get that chance—another victim of his own bad behavior.
