In the third and final week of the Call of Duty World League National Circuit regular season, teams did everything they could to secure their spot in the four-team playoffs.
Last week, compLexity Gaming shot to the top of the United States circuit standings, but coL weren’t as successful in their last two regular season matches. Going up against GGEA Orange and Enigma6, compLexity just needed one match win to clinch their spot in the playoffs. But Orange and E6 came to play in week three and shocked the previously top-seeded team to knock coL out of playoff contention.
The Canadian circuit saw little change in the standings, as Lightning Pandas and the former ExoMoon Gaming roster locked up the top two spots, while EZG Esports and Gone Gaming CAN held off the last-week push from Prime and Michael “Swarley” Carter’s team.
The format of next week’s playoffs will have the top seed and the fourth seed play each other, while the second seed takes on the third seed. The winners of those games will play for their circuit’s title.
Here are the complete standings in each circuit following the Stage One regular season of the CWL National Circuit (playoff teams are bolded and each team’s series record is followed by their map count in parentheses).
