Aside from original and founding members Jonathan “Loda” Berg and Jerry “EGM” Lundkvist, Alliance saw three players leave after the conclusion of the International 6, where the team finished in 9-12th place.

The three new players are Simon “Handsken” Haag, Jonas “Jonassomfan” Lindholm and Linus “Limmp” Blomdin, who have previously competed in elite-level teams like Ninjas in Pyjamas and compLexity Gaming.

Alliance’s news release also adds that Henrik “AdmiralBulldog” Ahnberg as well as Joakim “Akke” Akterhall will continue to work within the brand, but not as competitors.

Along with the unveiling of its Dota 2 roster, the news release also states that Alliance has rebranded its signature logo in order to “reflect this new era we’ve launched a refreshed look for Alliance.” Additionally, the team will also be adding additional players to its list of sponsored games in both Hearthstone and Super Smash Brothers in the coming weeks.
