Presents are now available in Fortnite, according to today’s in-game News tab and the patch notes on Epic’s website. “Throw down and break open a giant Present to find powerful weapons and items,” the in-game message reads.

The patch notes claim that a Legendary rarity item can drop from these Presents in stacks of one (with a maximum of five stacks). Presents can also be found from floor loot, chests, or Supply Drops.

It’s unknown exactly how tough it’ll be to find Presents across the map, but they could make it much easier for players to get stronger weapons or items.

Be on the lookout for these Presents in your Fortnite games to see what kind of surprises you can unwrap—who knows, you might even find exactly what you were looking for under an in-game Christmas tree.
