The week long speedrunning marathon kicks off today at 9am CT with Hollow Knight and continues with more games and speedruns over the course of the week, ending on Jan. 13.

For those unfamiliar with AGDQ, it’s one of two speedrun marathons held by GamesDoneQuick every year that raises money for different types of charities. The marathons garner worldwide interest, with over $1 million usually being raised at each individual event throughout the year.

This year, the event is being held at the Rockville Hotel in Washington, D.C.—and money is being raised to benefit the Prevent Cancer Foundation, a charity that looks to prevent cancer through early detection and by offering information on how people can look for signs of the disease in themselves or others.

Don’t worry if you miss out on a speedrun you were looking forward to, though—you can always watch the VODs on YouTube shortly after the event.
