It’s come out of the gates swinging and has already surpassed 25 million downloads, held its first tournament, and beat records. Apex is what everyone is talking about, and for a good reason. It’s tons of fun.

If the new battle royale, set in the Titanfall universe, wants to keep up with its competition, it needs to take the Fortnite approach and release regular content. Thankfully, it looks like Respawn knows what it’s doing, and has everything handled.

Respawn revealed a roadmap for the game’s first year of content and will operate on the seasonal content model made popular by Fortnite. The year will be divided into four seasons, each lasting around three months.

The specific dates have yet to be released, however, it looks like the season one battle pass will be available in the early stages of March.

If you purchase the battle pass, you will have the opportunity to get your hands on some exclusive cosmetic items, as well as Apex Packs. The packs will include items with a seasonal theme. Respawn hasn’t revealed all the details yet, but it looks like there will be plenty of goodies to enhance your Apex experience.

We will update this story once more information is revealed about season one of the battle pass.
