The event will be held in the NA LCS studio in Los Angeles from Dec. 7 to 10. The best players from around the world, as voted for by the community, will battle it out in a series of games and challenges to decide which region is superior.

The players who received the most votes at each position from seven of the eight regions are listed below.

NA LCS: Kevin “Hauntzer” Yarnell (TSM), Mike Yeung (P1), Søren “Bjergsen” Bjerg (TSM), Zachary “Sneaky” Scuderi (C9), Zaqueri “Aphromoo” Black (CLG)

EU LCS: Paul “sOAZ” Boyer (FNC), Marcin “Jankos” Jankowski (H2K), Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage (MSF), Martin “Rekkles” Larsson ( FNC), Lee “IgNar” Dong-geun (MSF)

LPL: Ke “957” Chang-Yu (WE), Liu “MLXG” Shi-Yu (RNG), Su “Xiye” Han-Wei (WE), Jian “Uzi” Zi-Hao (RNG), Tian “Meiko” Ye (EDG)

LCK: Lee “Cuvee” Seong-jin (SSG), Kang “Ambition” Chan-yong (SSG), Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok (SKT), Kim “PraY” Jong-in (LZ), Kang “GorillA” Beom-hyeon (LZ)

LMS: Chen “Ziv” Yi (AHQ), Hung “Karsa” Hau-Hsuan (FW), Chu “FoFo” Chun-Lan (JT), Cheng “BeBe” Bo-Wei (JT), Hu “SwordArt” Shuo-Jie (FW)

CBLOL: Alvaro VVvert” Miguel Martins, Gabriel “Revolta” Henud Cresci, Gabriel “Kami” Santos, Felipe “brTT” Gonçalves, Hugo “Dioud” Padioleau

The GPL still hasn’t chosen its five representatives.

Although these players were the top-voted individuals from their respective region, that doesn’t necessarily mean they’ll represent the team at the event. Players can still decline the invitation if they wish, which means that the slot would go to the next player with the most votes at that position.

TSM’s ADC Yiliang “Doublelift” Peng and the entire G2 Esports roster are large omissions from the final vote. G2 have been the most dominant team in the EU LCS for the past two years, and they have one of the strongest lineups in EU LCS history. Doublelift, on the other hand, was the NA LCS’ ADC representative for the past two All-Star Events.

All of these superstars will prepare themselves for the first day of the 2017 All-Star Event on Dec. 7.
