Just in time for the summer.

Mercy is continuing her reign as the Overwatch 2 hero who gets many of the best cosmetics—and the wait is finally over for her new Baywatch impersonation.

The new Lifeguard Mercy skin and accompanying highlight intro will have players looking and feeling like C.J. Parker in their competitive games. And whenever she earns play of the game, you best believe everyone in your lobby will stick around to see that dramatic slow-motion run.

The tribute to Pamela Anderson’s famous TV role isn’t a part of the season five battle pass, though. Instead, players must purchase it during the Summer Games event to get their hands on the cosmetic.

How to unlock Lifeguard Mercy in Overwatch season 5

The Lifeguard Mercy skin was added to the game’s shop on Tuesday, July 11, and players can purchase it as a part of a bundle that includes four items for 2,600 OW coins. The legendary skin will also come with a Rescue Run highlight intro that shows Mercy running in slow motion to save someone’s life. It will come with a Lifebuoy weapon charm and Lifebuoy spray, too.

This cosmetic bundle will not be available for long, despite it being a part of the Summer Games. According to Battle.net, the bundle offering will get rotated out of the shop and vaulted next week on Tuesday, July 18, in the afternoon around 1pm CT.
