Heretics KFC were the first team to qualify for pool play through the open bracket. Alejandro “Lucky” López, Juan “JurNii” Antonio González, Jorge “MethodZ” Bancells, Endika “Sukry” Andres, and Adrian “MeTTalZz” Serrano made quick work of FaZe Clan Black to earn a spot in Pool B.

Excelerate Gaming—Christopher “ProFeeZy” Astudillo, Ethan “FA5TBALLA” Wedgeworth, Michael “Beehzy” Said, Austin “Believe” Smith, and Mike “MRuiz” Ruiz—followed suit by stunning the top-seeded open bracket team, The Imperial. ProFeeZy and crew took down Enigma6 and then beat Imperial 3-1 to qualify for Pool D.

Mazer Gaming were the next team to pull off a shocking win to enter pool play. Ted “TeddyRecKs” Kim, Vlad “Ramby” Sanchez, Tanner “Super” Bowen, Alex “Zaptius” Bonilla, and Michael “Apox” Williams swept Australia’s Tainted Minds to earn a spot in Pool C.

Finally, Team Sween secured the last group stage spot by beating Team Revenge. Shea “QwiKeR” Sweeney, Connor “Weeman” Chilton, Nick Nolson, Dylan Henderson, and Brian “Braaain” Fairlamb will be in Pool A after defeating Team Revenge 3-1
