Unlike traditional mounts, Dragonriding drakes can be customized by changing their skin color, skin scale type, pattern, horns, horn color, horn style, tail, throat, body armor, armor color, snout, crest, jaw, brow, hair color, eyesight, eye color, and eye style. Here is every drake customization in WoW Dragonflight.

While some Dragoniriding drake customizations might be locked behind high-end content, most customizations can be collected by doing professions, quests, raids, renown, and Dragonflight dungeons.
You can use almost every mount in your inventory for flying across the old zones of Azeroth, Outland, Draenor, and Shadowlands, flying in the Dragon Isles will be explicitly tied to four Dragonriding drakes you’ll acquire as you progress through the main campaign of Dragonflight.
Completing the main storyline of each zone will award you with one Dragonriding mount. You’ll unlock Renewed Proto-Drake in the Waking Shores, Windborne Velocidrake in Ohn’ahran Plains, Highland Drake in Azure Span, and Cliffside Wylderdrake in Thaldraszus.

Before you can start customizing your Dragonriding drakes, you’ll need to know that you can only change their appearance at the Rostrum of Transformation. The primary source of all customization options will be Drakewatcher Manuscripts, which will come from doing different activities like dungeons, quests, and leveling up Renown.
