Here’s a first look at Dragon Ball FighterZ’s next DLC character Fused Zamasu

Bandai Namco has released a brief trailer showing off the next DLC fighter for Dragon Ball FighterZ—and he looks amazing.

Fused Zamasu is born from the fusion of Goku Black and Future Zamasu through Potara earrings in the Dragon Ball Super anime. He gained ultimate power after his fusion, taking Zamasu’s invincibility and Goku Black’s overwhelming power to make him a force to be reckoned with.

His unlimited power allows him to float in the air after his attacks and to move in any direction, making him one of the game’s most unique characters. He is the only member of the playable roster to have a flight function, giving him the ability to zone opponents from afar while dealing massive amounts of damage over time.

Fused Zamasu was originally a part of the DLC datamine unearthed by fans back in January. Vegito, which is a fusion of Goku and Vegeta, was part of that data. It’s highly likely that the character will be revealed sometime in the future and could well be released alongside Fused Zamasu. The other characters that were found in the datamine include a base form Goku and Vegeta, Frieza’s older brother Cooler, and Android 17, who was wearing his Dragon Ball Super Attire.

Broly and Bardock, who were also part of the original datamine, were the last DLC characters to be released in March.

Fused Zamasu was originally revealed in April’s version of V-Jump magazine alongside a few of his attacks based off of his anime skill set, such as Holy Wrath, a Lightning-type attack that rains down on enemies.

His release date, along with his price, has not yet been revealed. Fused Zamasu will be available to all those who purchased the Dragon Ball FighterZ pass for no additional cost.
