SK Gaming’s Counter-Strike team will be swapping players after a series of internal disputes, sources close to the players have informed the Daily Dot. If the move goes ahead as planned, it will be the second change to the SK Gaming lineup in two months since the team picked up its Danish roster, when it swapped captain Nicolai “HUNDEN” Petersen for Danny “BERRY” Krüger towards the end of June.

The next player likely to be on his way out is Jesper “tenzki” Plougmann. Sources say he’s not currently happy with the team dynamic and doesn’t feel he can continue playing in the team’s environment. This seems to be confirmed by a tweet the player made this morning where he says that “sad news” is to come.

Being stressed and depressed every day makes life hard. Sad news to come for me.

The player replacing him is likely to be Casper “cadiaN” Møller, another Dane who’s previously played with Mousesports, Copenhagen Wolves, and Reason Gaming, but has been without a team for some time. He also took to Twitter yesterday to hint that a big move might be coming soon.

Big announcements coming up for me as a person and for the stream as well =)

Plogmann’s performances have been the subject of praise since the Danish squad joined SK Gaming. He was the standout player for his team in a close series against Swedish giants Ninjas in Pyjamas at the Gfinity Summer Masters. The team’s irreconcilable differences, however, mean he is set to walk away without another team waiting to pick him up.
