SoaR Gaming picks up Halo team for Worlds

The well-renowned esports organization has announced its newest Halo team.

Well-renowned esports organization SoaR Gaming has announced its newest Halo team, which will be competing at the Halo World Championship set to take place March 26 to 28.

“Today we are extremely excited to announce our return to the Halo 5 competitive scene,” the organization said in the announcement. “After placing first in the Halo World Championship Qualifier in Mexico City, we are very happy to announce the acquisition of ‘Shock the World’.”

SoaR’s new roster consists of the following players.

  • Carlos “Bullet Marlasca
  • Irving “Drift Ramírez
  • Josbe “Buttons Valadez
  • Atzin “Atzo Pulido

After earning their spot to the Halo World Championship through the 2017 Gfinity Mexico City event that took place Feb. 24 to 26, the team enters Worlds as the only Latin American team contending.
