Which LoL champion says, ‘That’s gotta sting’?

This quote fits the champion perfectly.

From blossoming to feisty, these last few LoLdle quotes have been a mixture of challenging and absurdly easy. And today’s LoLdle quote may be quite a tough one for those who don’t know anything about sharpshooting League of Legends champions.

Who says, “That’s gotta sting” in LoL?

The LoLdle quote on Aug. 29 is, “That’s gotta sting.” The League champion who says this line is Teemo.

I immediately thought of Skarner and how they have a stinger because they’re essentially a giant scorpion. But as I was about to pop in my answer, something was telling me I wasn’t right—and I’m glad I listened. The more I thought about today’s LoLdle quote, the more I kept on thinking it had to be a champion with an ability that stings and would be sassy enough to say this line. That’s when it hit me: Teemo, the little devil champion.

After Master Yi and Shaco, Teemo is, by far, one of the most hated champs in League, mainly because of his invisibility, mushrooms, and his poison darts. He’s honestly obnoxious and annoying to deal with, so it’s fitting he actually says this voice line while he’s attacking.

Despite being hated, he has a pretty good win rate, as it’s sitting at 50.65 percent, with a pick rate of 4.7 percent right now, according to League stat tracker U.GG. So, maybe there’s something more to the Swift Scout (other than being a pesky little devil).
